Dear choctaw supporter,

we hope this message finds you and your family well and we appreciate you taking the moment to check out this years fundraising drive for our baseball team. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be in a community where athletics are considered an integral part in the education of our student athletes. we are very excited for this upcoming season. As you know, it takes a lot to support any high school athletic team.  we’ve have enjoyed a lot of success over the last several years and a large part of our success is a result of the strong support we receive every year from our community and fans.  Below you’ll see just how much your support is needed and how far each donation will go.  we work hard all year to represent our community in a positive way on and off the field.  We believe we have the ability to have a special year. However, that starts now. We need your help. No donation is too small and we know that with us working together, we will once again be able to reach our goal. HOW ARE MY DONATIONS USED?

We are raising funds to pay for equipment and materials that are required for a successful program. This includes everything from keeping our facilities first class, EQUIPMENT and travel. Fundraising is one of the primary ways we pay for those costs. We appreciate every donation!

WHY ARE DONATIONS NECESSARY?

The majority of our budget comes from donations. We need your support in order to provide our student athletes with quality equipment, resources and support they need to be successful on and off the field.

Donation impact: facility repairs

If you have ever been to a game at Bibb County High School you will see that we have some of the finest facilities around. We are very proud of what we’ve built here over the years but keeping our facilities maintained every year can be costly.  Your donation of $1,000 could go a long way in making sure our facilities remain first class for years to come.

$500 donation

Donation impact: Utilities

There is nothing more fun than playing or watching a game under the lights. One of the biggest expenses that any program faces throughout the season are the costs associated with utilities and keeping the lights on for practices and games.  A donation of $500 could help pay for the cost associated with playing a night game. 

$250 donation

Donation impact: Equipment

Playing with good equipment can make the difference between a win and a loss.  The life span of a bat is typically less than one season.  A donation of $250 could provide for the purchase of 1 new bat for our team to use. 

$100 donation

Donation impact: Field maintenance

Getting a field ready to play after bad weather can be a large undertaking. In today’s ever changing covid-19 environment, every game that we can play becomes ever more essential. A donation of $100 dollars could provide for enough Diamond Dry to get our field ready to play after a day of rain.

$50 donation

Donation impact: Baseballs

Every game requires new baseballs.  A donation of 50$ could provide for enough new baseballs for one game.
