Dear choctaw supporter,

we hope this message finds you and your family well and we appreciate you taking the moment to check out this years fundraising drive for our team. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be in a community where athletics are considered an integral part in the education of our student athletes. As you know, it takes a lot to support any high school athletic team.  we’ve have enjoyed a lot of success over the last several years and a large part of our success is a result of the strong support we receive every year from our community and fans.  Below you’ll see just how much your support is needed and how far each donation will go.  No donation is too small and we know that with us working together, we will once again be able to reach our goal. HOW ARE MY DONATIONS USED?

We are raising funds to pay for equipment and materials that are required for a successful program. This includes everything from keeping our facilities first class, EQUIPMENT and travel. Fundraising is one of the primary ways we pay for those costs. We appreciate every donation!

WHY ARE DONATIONS NECESSARY?

The majority of our budget comes from donations. We need your support in order to provide our student athletes with quality equipment, resources and support they need to be successful on and off the field.

$1,000 donation

Donation impact: Shoulder pads

You can’t play football without shoulder pads and helmets. These items help prevent major injuries for our players, and our program strives to issue each player with quality equipment each season. Your donation of $1,000 pays for the shoulder pads for 5 Choctaws.

Donation impact: Utilities

Did you know that our football program pays for the utilities and upkeep of our facilities? Most people don’t realize the costs involved in maintaining quality field and practice areas and how that affects an athletic budget. Your donation of $500 can help keep the Friday night lights!

Donation impact: new helmets

All helmets have a ten year lifespan.  When reconditioning is no longer an option, new helmets must be purchased.  Our program has a rotation plan to purchase a few new helmets each year to keep costs low. Your donation of $250 secures one brand new helmet for a Choctaw.

Donation impact: team Meals

Many of our players depend on our post game meals to help replenish calories burned during the game.  For some of our teammates, it’s the last meal prepared for us until we get back to school on Monday.  Your donation of $100 helps feed the team after a Friday night win.

Donation impact: Equipment

Access to quality equipment not only helps our team prepare for the season, but it also helps teach us the skills to stay protected during games.  Your donation of $50 helps equip one player with lower body padding for protection during games and training.
